The BS (basic science) of Jenny

So, do vaccines cause Autism?
Should you refuse to have your child vaccinated?
Which is worse?
Silly silly stuff. Enough of the Hollywood hyped up crapola that comes across the boob-tube! Jenny McCarthy is full of emotional bonkychonk which is convincing way too many gullible Grey's Anatomy enthusiasts. (you know who you are) And by the way, NO, that show is nothing like real life.
So, in a nutshell, the CDC confirms that there is no correlation. If you want to keep your conspiracy theory tucked in your belt, then go right ahead. Just don't feed it to the rest of the population. Why you may ask? Lets just take a little step into the past before measles, polio, and pertussis etc. existed...
PERTUSSIS
Bug=Bordetella Pertusis; Symptoms= "Whooping cough"
In the prevaccination era, 1.7million people came down with the illness, of which 73,000 deaths were a result.
In the postvaccination era, 34,325 children came down with it, and 56 deaths resulted.

Measles...need I say more than this graph? If you can't read it's small print, the summary is this. 5,784,000 world wide annual deaths from it. Now there are 960,479 deaths. For Americas, it was 695,000 and 61 pre and post vaccination era's respectively. Yeah, wow is right.
I could go on and on here. Bottom of the line is, get your kids vaccinated, and if you happen to be in Hollywood and decide to talk like an idiot, sit down and take a refresher course in history before misleading the rest of the world.

Glad to hear you pointing this out. I actually had some family telling me to avoid vaccinations for my kids. I thought it was just insane (from recent conversations, you probably realize by now that part of my family really is insane).

This just makes good common sense in my opinion.

Thank you Maureen and Brad. There is too much bad information out there to muddle the thinking waters for people.
